Can I transfer data from my current system

Yes, our technicians can transfer data from your current system. However, there will be a charge for this service. The amount will be determined by the clarity of the original data.


Is there a free trial?

Customers can test whether the system is right for them by signing up to our free-trial. The ‘Drip Package’ plan allows users access to all features on the platform for a limited period. They then have the option of signing up for a one of four subscription packages, from the entry level ‘Tap Package’, to the scaled-up options, including the ‘Still Package’, ‘Sparkling Package’, and the ‘Electrolyte Package’.


Do I need an accounts package for it to work?

No. H2o can work independently of your accounts package but linking it to your accounts package is recommended to streamline your business processes.


Does H2o work with all accounts packages?

For now, H2o is only compatible with Xero. However, plans are in place to broaden the range of compatible accounts packages to include Sage and others.


Can other dealers and users see my stock?

No, the platform is completely secure. Access to your data is reserved for you and your staff. However, in the event that troubleshooting is required, you can grant H2o staff access to your data with the aid of a one-time passcode.


Is there training available?

Support is available via email and phone, while video tutorials are also available should you need them. Online and on-site training are also available on request.
