H2o is a Car Management system created by a Car Dealer for Car Dealers.
The cloud-based system allows users to actively monitor vehicle stock levels and accurately track the costs associated with maintaining that stock, including valeting, vehicle registration tax (VRT), and repairs.
A multi-functional platform, H2o facilitates bookings for aftersales teams who can allocate vehicles to service technicians, track the number of hours spent working on individual vehicles, and keep a live inventory of parts. Its compatibility with the Xero accounts package allows users to automatically generate financial reports, a useful function when filing their tax returns or generating management accounts for banks and stocking partners.
Our Story
H2o is the brainchild of Kevin Egan, founder of Kevin Egan Cars, the multi-award-winning dealership for Peugeot and Citreon cars in the North West of Ireland.
The digital car management system has been the bedrock of the Kevin’s business for almost 15 years. In that time, the technology has been refined and its functionality expanded in line with the growth of the company. Product development has now reached the point where Kevin and his team are ready to bring the digital management system to market.

What does the system do?
The H2o car management system has the greatest impact in the areas of vehicle stocking and aftersales.
Features include:
Purchase Invoices
Dealers can input purchase invoices for newly acquired vehicles. This grants them oversight of their entire stock, with each individual vehicle available to view onscreen in a 360-degree format
Job Cards
The system generates job cards for all new vehicles, allowing dealers to account for expenses for valeting, VRT, and bodywork. These costs are then added to the sum paid for the car, giving dealers an accurate picture of their outlay
Accurate Net Profit
H2o automatically generates invoices for VAT qualifying vehicles as well as those that qualify under the Margin Scheme. It can then calculate net profit after factoring in other expenses, such as VAT, VRT, customs and excise, and third-party warranty
SIMI Vehicle Order Form
For dealerships that are members of the Society of the Irish Motor Industry (SIMI), the system will generate the all-important SIMI Vehicle Order Form required for the sale of each vehicle
Aftersales
Aftersales staff can schedule vehicle services and allocate jobs to technicians. When works are completed, the system automatically creates an invoice which is sent to the customer
Live Parts Inventory
The system allows technicians and management to curate and maintain a live inventory of parts, with each part’s history tracked. A facility for reserving parts for specific jobs ensures that there is always an accurate picture of what’s on the shelf
Technician Tracking
H20 also allows managers to track the performance of individual service technicians as well as the performance of entire departments
